Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review full set of accounts including relevant accounting schedules.
2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
3. Ensure timely and accurate completion and compliance of all financial and management reporting, including statutory reporting.
4. Review monthly performance reports and ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, statutory returns, and payments.
5. Implement and maintain an accounting system, internal controls, and working procedures for the company.
6. Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
7. Assist in liaising with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure timely submission of statutory accounts, tax matters, and banking information.
8. Monitor cash flow, including receivables, payables, and operating expenditures.
9. Assist in preparing documents for audit purposes.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent.
2. Good understanding of accounting principles with excellent attention to detail.
3. Preferably from the Finance & Credit Institution industry.
4. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; Mandarin is required for liaising with Mandarin-speaking OEMs.
5. Experience in construction or credit industries is an advantage.
6. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
7. Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
8. Two positions available in Sungai Jawi and Bukit Mertajam.
