BHD. is the Malaysian subsidiary of the German MEIKO Group, a leading global manufacturer of commercial glasswashers and dishwashers as well as washer-disinfectors for the care and hospital sector. The product portfolio also includes leftover food systems.About your role:
- Handling day-to-day accounting & finance daily routine operation.
- Assist in full set accounts, month-end & year-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliation & schedule, bank reconciliation, fixed assets register & depreciation schedule, and inter-company transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and monthly management accounts, perform monthly variance & trend analysis, cash flow reports, and all necessary reports as required by superiors to review within the timeline.
- Liaise closely with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties on accounting, tax & financial matters.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an LCCI diploma, partial professional qualification, or a degree in Finance/Accounting/Audit or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in computers, skilled in Microsoft Office and Accounting ERP systems. Knowledge of E-Invoicing is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, good at time management, self-motivated, quick to learn new concepts, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
