Job summary

A logistics company based in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle invoice processing and perform various accounting duties. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work within deadlines. Immediate availability is preferred. This is a full-time role with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Possess positive working attitude, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Good team player.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform invoice processing and data entry in MYOB.
• Perform AR/AP activities on the go.
• Liaise with customer/suppliers on monthly statement and reconciliation issues.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Job description

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm.
