Handle full sets of accounts and prepare timely and accurate monthly management report for investment holding companies

Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual reporting pack to ultimate holding company, Group Berhad for announcement purpose

Assist in statutory reporting for regulatory bodies

Assist in preparation of annual tax reporting schedule for annual tax submission and compliance

Assist in preparing the annual budget for Malaysian incorporated management service companies

Verify invoice, perform invoice processing and process payment

Process staff claims, ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting documents and proper approval is obtained in accordance to the company’s authority limits & policies

Liaise with in-house Account Payables & Treasury team, Group Tax and Group Treasury as and when needed

Liaise with internal and external auditors for annual audit

Requirements:

Degree in accountancy

Proficient with MS Office

Good command of English, proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Willing to learn, proactive and self-discipline.

On the job training will be provided.
