Develop and maintain payment trackers in the in-house system (iTracker System), in accordance with the terms outlined in the Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA).

Update existing payment trackers to reflect any amendments made to the CTA.

Perform data entry and reconciliation of paid invoices for active studies, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the iTracker System.

Upload and manage softcopy invoices in the new system to ensure efficient documentation and easy retrieval.

2. Accounts Receivable

Support the preparation and issuance of invoices to sponsors and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) accurately and within the required timeframe.

3. Purchasing

Assist in updating the Master Database for archiving services, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.

4. Ad Hoc Tasks

Assist in updating the Master Database for archiving services, ensuring the data remains accurate and current.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.

Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software, is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated, meticulous, well-organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
