We are seeking aFinance Executivewith Tax Experience required to join our team. Candidate should havehands-on experience in cross-border tax issues and those withconstruction industry or multinational company (MNC) experiencewill be given priority. This role involves supporting day-to-day finance operations, with a strong focus ontax compliance and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Handletax-related matters, including SST & Stamp duty preparation, tax filing, and coordination with tax agents and authorities

Prepare supporting tax documentation and ensure timely submission of statutory reports

Ensure timely processing of payments and uploading payments on banking platforms

Maintain accurate bank balance and reconcile bank statements monthly

Handle employee expense reimbursements claim

Organise and maintain finance-related documentation

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

MANDARIN proficiency is a MUST(both written and spoken) to handle Chinese-language financial and tax documents

Experience in tax compliance and understanding of Malaysian tax regulations(e.g., SST, corporate tax, stamp duty)

Candidates withexperience in the construction industry or MNC environmentwill have an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, financial functions)

High attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work

Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
