What You’ll Do

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and tax purposes.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting entries and supporting documents for monthly closing purpose.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties as and when required.
• Perform ad hoc finance-related tasks

Requirements

• No experience needed. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with our mandarin speaking internal team/stakeholders
• Good computing skills (Microsoft Excel, Word) and also relevant accounting software
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
