Process employee payroll accurately and on time, including statutory deductions (e.g., tax, social security, KWSP).

Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliations.

2. Finance:

Financial Accounting - Full-scope accounting responsibilities, including payments, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, audit & tax coordination.

Monitor budgets, expenditures, and assist in forecasting and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and proper documentation for audits.

Generate and send E-invoices to clients or vendors (if necessary).

Assist with processing employee reimbursements and monthly expense claims.

Support compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Assist in preparing documents for bank deposits or transfers.

Experience with GL Team and AP Team functions.

Process bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations monthly.

Manage the yearly company audit and ongoing audit processes, including drafting financial statements.

Prepare RRPT and GFA reports monthly, ensuring timely completion.

Monthly preparation of documents for prepayment, payroll, staff claims, SA commissions, and others.

Handle Journal Vouchers and Payment Vouchers for prepayments, payroll, staff claims, SA commissions, LHDN, refunds, Withholding Tax, and SST.

Process payments, including arranging cheques and FPX payments for staff claims, vendors, refunds, SST, and taxes.

Execute credit card rebates and MYEG income monthly. Issue Purchase Orders for quotations from vendors.

Basic knowledge of Transfer Pricing Policy is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or Master’s degree (MBA or Finance-related).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, data analysis, journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, audits.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to read and speak Chinese/Mandarin proficiently.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Malaysian Citizen only.
