Chery Automobile is seeking a Finance Executive to handle invoicing, payment tracking, and customer account management within their operations in Malaysia. Candidates must possess a relevant degree and experience in the automobile sector is an advantage. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is also required.

• Responsible for accurate invoice generation and billing verification.
• Track payments, resolve discrepancies, and follow up with overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
• Manage customer accounts including refunds, discounts, and collaborate with risk team on credit control and payment terms.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and monthly clearing to ensure up-to-date and accurate customer statements.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance and other related majors.
• Professional experience: 1 year above related experience in automobile industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in ERP (e.g., SAP) and Excel .
• Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability.
• Language requirement: English and Mandarin as working language.
