About the role

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Executive looking to join a growing company? UNICITY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., a dynamic organization in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a full-time Finance Executive to play a key role in managing the company's financial operations.

What you'll be doing

To prepare and maintain full sets of monthly management accounts including all the necessary supporting schedules.

To coordinate day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance of finance related SOPs.

To prepare and ensure completeness of the recording of all accounting entries - AR, AP, GL & Cash Management etc.

To check bank reconciliations all reconciliations are prepared on timely basis and to report on any discrepancies.

To perform treasury function, cash flow management includes preparation of monthly flow statement and monitoring daily bank balance & funds.

Candidate familiar in accounting software will be an added advantage.

Experience in handling audit and tax matters.

To perform special/ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

What we're looking for

A Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Candidate must at least have one to two (1-2) years of working experience: candidate in the related field will be added advantage.

Good time management, possessing good analytical thinking, being independent and self-motivated.

Good team player and interpersonal skills.

Competent in Excel.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
