SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procurement Management: Oversee and manage the procurement process, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and compliance with company policies.
- Data Management: Collect, monitor, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy andrelevance.
- Asset and Expenditure Oversight: Monitor and manage the company's assets andexpenditures.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing current and historical financialrecords for review by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Heads of Department (HOD),Project Managers (PM), and Group Finance.
- Financial Policy Implementation: Assist and implement financial policies and procedures toimprove operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and supportinternal and external audits.
- Support Departmental Operations: Assist various departments and teams with their dailyoperational activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 to2 years' experience handling financial services.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding time-management and organization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information for preparation of reports and/or other documentation.
- Previous experience of using Power BI for reporting, D365, ABEX and other software for Finance activity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills include the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
