Finance Executive

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to assist our accounting team with financial tasks and projects. Gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting procedures in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily Accounts Receivables and Payables functions.
2. Issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, refund notes, and official receipts.
3. Generate Statement of Account (SOA) and liaise with customers and sales team.
4. Maintain Fixed Asset Register, Inventory, and perform Stock Reconciliation.
5. Process and monitor collections from clients in a timely manner.
6. Report on overdue invoices, send reminders, and follow up on collections with customers and sales team.
7. Communicate updates to managers and sales team regarding AR disputes, and determine next steps to resolve issues and improve collections.
8. Ensure month-end closing and reporting duties are completed on time.
9. Participate in month-end closing activities, including Revenue Recognition, Bank Reconciliation, AP/AR Aging, Intercompany Balances Reconciliation, and Forex currency translation.
10. Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with AutoCount Accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable working in a growing team and dynamic environment.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage due to business needs.
