Manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including all payables, receivables, expenses recording, and credit control.

Liaise with other departments to complete all month-end and year-end accounts closing.

Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial and management reports.

Assist with annual tax returns and year-end financial audits.

Liaise with auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, and payment gateway merchants.

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.

Manage assigned accounting tasks, ensuring all are completed diligently and on time.

Undertake any ad-hoc assignments by management or reporting heads as required.

Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures fully comply with company policies.

Requirements:

This position requires proficiency in Mandarin to support our Mandarin-speaking clients and partners effectively.

Degree/Diploma in Accounting and Finance.

A good team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication and follow-up skills are advantageous.

Candidates with 3-4 years of experience in Finance – General/Financial/Consolidation Accounting or equivalent will have an added advantage.

Knowledge of inventory or finance inventory processes is essential.

Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks.
