Job Responsibility

Are you detail-oriented, organized, a good team player and experienced in accounts receivable (AR)?Â

Join our dynamic team as a Finance Executive, where you'll play a key role in supporting our financial operations and seasonal programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  • Issue invoices and receipts for school fees and all related feesand monitor collections.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of school fees and related fees, such as camp-related payments.
  • Prepare internal AR management report.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation with a well-organized filing system.
  • Provide support for uniform shop operations and assist with stock take activities.
  • Conduct asset tagging and maintain the asset checklist.
  • Review and approve Cafà Purchase Orders in line with internal controls.
  • Assist with other finance-related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.
  • Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure compliance.
  • Support quarterly and year-end closing and audits.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree with more than 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Advanced excel skills for financial reporting .
  • Proven experience with AR (Accounts Receivable) is a must.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Service-orientated individual with excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous, positive attitude and possesses high level of integrity
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in education industry environments is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
