Finance Executive

• Control and monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities to reflect current debtor balances.
• Verify Singapore agent's sales commission claims to SGD debtor balances.
• Prepare the necessary details and schedules for year-end audit.
• Assist in preparing monthly debtors aging report for respective Sales Business Managers (1st every month) as well as by the 15th following month end for CEO, Group Business Manager, and respective Sales Business Manager.
• Prepare monthly Executive Summary Report for CBM, CBH and TBH for long overdue debtors.
• Collect letters from Finance tray and distribute to respective persons.
• Any ad-hoc assignments or additional responsibilities given at any time.
