Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Finance Support professional to assist in budgeting, planning, and analysis. You will gain hands‑on exposure to sales performance, operating expenses, and monthly reporting while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome; basic ERP/Power BI experience is a plus and Excel proficiency is required for preparing reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI or ERP systems (e.g. Odoo, SAP) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Opex budgeting and forecasting activities, including data uploads and basic reviews in our ERP system.
• Support monthly close activities by preparing reports, reviewing variances, and assisting with accrual checks.
• Track budget vs actuals and highlight key movements for management review.
• Support analysis of sales performance, inventory turnover, and demand trends.
• Help identify patterns that impact stock levels and working capital.
• Prepare and update recurring financial reports and dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Buying, and Operations to support financial decision‑making.
