Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with Company Secretary for preparation of Directors’ Circular Resolutions and other documents involving Board level.
- Report to BOD on financial performance of Company on periodic basis.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, standard costing, and forecasts to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis for management, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, ensuring the implementation of effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance and ensure liquidity requirements are met.
- Investment Management: Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial analysis, and provide recommendations to optimize returns and manage investment portfolios.
- Tax Planning & Compliance: Develop tax strategies, oversee tax compliance, and ensure adherence to tax regulations to minimize tax liabilities.
- Financial Systems & Processes: Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to drive professional growth and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge in IFRS, IAS and Company Law.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking ability.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
