Key responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting process, preparing reports for senior management, identifying financial risks, and mentoring a team of finance professionals. Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise company accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, financial reporting, auditor relations, and tax compliance at all levels.

  • Create and maintain financial models for strategic planning and forecasting.

  • Evaluate financial data and performance metrics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

  • Oversee the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure accurate forecasts and budgets.

  • Track budget performance and conduct variance analysis to identify cost optimization and revenue growth opportunities.

  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks, and implement mitigation controls.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA credentials are highly preferred.

  • Experience with a major public accounting firm is desirable.

  • At least 15 years of experience in financial and management reporting within a manufacturing environment.
