Job description

Assisting the Group CFO and CEO with day-to-day accounting functions and other responsibilities.

Manage and develop the Finance/HR Department staff.

Oversee month-end closing, prepare, review, and analyze management accounts, financial and management reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.

Assist in corporate finance matters, restructuring, corporate exercises, feasibility studies, budgets, cash flow projections, financial analysis, performance evaluation, variance analysis, cost control, and review of agreements.

Organize maintenance of accounting records, including general ledgers, inventory, fixed assets, and operating expenses, to facilitate internal and external reporting.

Coordinate the preparation of annual reports, liaise with auditors on year-end statutory audits, and handle other ad-hoc exercises.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Support the implementation of ERP systems for accounting and payroll.

Formulate and implement effective internal control policies and procedures.

Job Authority:

Review and approve all accounts receivable and payable.

Assess risks in investments and ensure all accounting activities comply with regulations.

Update HR policies and forecast recruitment needs.

Job Requirements:

Possess a minimum degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications.

Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Demonstrate strong drive and a positive attitude.

Be meticulous and detail-oriented.

Exhibit strong leadership and management skills.

Ability to influence effectively and develop strong relationships.

Adopt a hands-on, result-oriented approach.

Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
