Omni Mal Agencies Sdn Bhd is an award-winning company, specializing in innovative, value-added date products and healthy snack ingredients. We are expanding our finance team and looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Finance cum Account Executive to join our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
2. Handle banking, property, investment, and government-related matters, such as licenses, claims, and import/export documentation.
3. Prepare and submit statutory reports including income tax filings, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
4. Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting to support decision-making.
5. Maintain and update the accounting system, ensuring accurate data entry and proper data backup procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance functions.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting standards, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience handling banking, property, or investment records, and import/export documentation is an advantage.
• Well-versed in dealing with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with the FMCG or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
