Headquartered in Singapore, with operations in Malaysia and China, we specialize in helping businesses navigate regulatory complexities, set up corporate structures, and expand into Singapore and key ASEAN markets.

We provide strategic consulting to multinational corporations (MNCs) and financial institutions, guiding them through regulatory compliance, business incorporation, and market entry.

Role Overview:

As a Finance & Corporate Services Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting with company incorporation, regulatory compliance, ACRA filings, corporate bank account openings, and business structuring in Singapore and across ASEAN. You will work closely with the Corporate Secretarial Manager to ensure a seamless setup process and ongoing compliance for international businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding & Bank Account Management:

- Manage the corporate bank account opening process, liaising with financial institutions to facilitate seamless account setup.

- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) checks to ensure compliance with AML and financial regulations.

2. Consulting & Managing Strategic Partnerships:

- Participate in client consultations and business development meetings, advising on market entry and compliance strategies.

- Support MNCs in structuring their ASEAN regional headquarters and operational entities.

- Collaborate with banks, financial service providers, and corporate partners to streamline onboarding and compliance services.

3. Corporate Secretarial & Compliance Consulting:

- Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on company incorporation, corporate structuring, and governance requirements in Singapore and ASEAN.

- Prepare and manage corporate secretarial documentation for incorporation, regulatory filings, and ongoing compliance.

- Oversee ACRA filings, board resolutions, and statutory documentation under the guidance of the Corporate Secretarial Manager.

- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and ASEAN corporate governance requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in corporate secretarial work, compliance, business expansion, or regulatory consulting.

- Expertise in ACRA filings, company incorporation, corporate governance, KYC/AML, and corporate bank account opening.

- Experience advising financial institutions, investment firms, or MNCs is a plus.

- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

- Interest in RegTech and automation to enhance corporate governance solutions.
