YOUR TASKS
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business strategy planning and make recommendations for improving revenue, expenses, and EBIT.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, evaluate financial results, and provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
- Act as a business partner to build strong and collaborative relationships with responsible business functions and provide support and recommendations.
- Facilitate responsible functions in the preparation of the annual operating plan, reforecast submissions, and monitoring of actual performance against plan.
- Coordinate with responsible functions to prepare investment proposals, evaluate and control costs & benefits, and ROI.
- Monitor costing systems to ensure data quality and accuracy for timely preparation of costing reports (Insight).
- Manage business case analysis independently for management review and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with required accounting & reporting guidelines and policies in the preparation and distribution of management reports.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing causes of variances.
- Prepare monthly EBIT reviews for submission of accurate EBIT reports within the timeline.
- Oversee CAPEX planning and management, review BCA for new investments, and conduct cost and benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
- Collaborate with APSSC and local Financial Accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quality reporting and data analysis for business decisions.
- Continuously seek to enhance management analysis and reporting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Regional Office and internal stakeholders, and promptly address any queries.
- Support cost management or EBIT improvement programs and initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Good interpersonal, communication, and people development skills.
- Strong analytical skills, highly motivated, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP).
- Experienced accounting/finance executive, preferably with experience in a Shared Service team.
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
