YOUR TASKS
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business strategy planning and make recommendations for improving revenue, expenses, and EBIT.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, evaluate financial results, and provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
- Act as a business partner to build strong and collaborative relationships with responsible business functions, providing support and recommendations.
- Facilitate responsible functions in the preparation of annual operating plans and reforecast submissions, and monitor actual performance against plans.
- Coordinate with responsible functions to prepare investment proposals, evaluate costs and benefits, and assess ROI.
- Monitor the costing system to ensure data quality and accuracy for timely preparation of costing reports (Insight).
- Manage business case analysis independently for management review and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting guidelines and policies in the preparation and distribution of management reports.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of variances.
- Prepare monthly EBIT reviews for submission of accurate EBIT reports within deadlines.
- Plan and manage CAPEX, review BCA for new investments, and conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
- Collaborate with APSSC and local Financial Accounting teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and data analysis for business decisions.
- Continuously seek to improve management analysis and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Regional Office and internal stakeholders, and promptly address any queries.
- Support cost management and EBIT improvement programs or initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Good interpersonal, communication, and people development skills.
- Strong analytical skills, highly motivated, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP.
- Experienced accounting/finance professional, preferably with experience in a Shared Service environment.
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
