YOUR TASKS
  1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business strategy planning and make recommendations for improving revenue, expenses, and EBIT.
  2. Analyze financial data to identify trends, evaluate financial results, and provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
  3. Act as a business partner to build strong and collaborative relationships with responsible business functions, providing support and recommendations.
  4. Facilitate responsible functions in the preparation of annual operating plans and reforecast submissions, and monitor actual performance against plans.
  5. Coordinate with responsible functions to prepare investment proposals, evaluate costs and benefits, and assess ROI.
  6. Monitor the costing system to ensure data quality and accuracy for timely preparation of costing reports (Insight).
  7. Manage business case analysis independently for management review and support decision-making.
  8. Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting guidelines and policies in the preparation and distribution of management reports.
  9. Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of variances.
  10. Prepare monthly EBIT reviews for submission of accurate EBIT reports within deadlines.
  11. Plan and manage CAPEX, review BCA for new investments, and conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
  12. Collaborate with APSSC and local Financial Accounting teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and data analysis for business decisions.
  13. Continuously seek to improve management analysis and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  14. Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Regional Office and internal stakeholders, and promptly address any queries.
  15. Support cost management and EBIT improvement programs or initiatives.

  • Experienced accounting/finance professional, preferably with experience in a Shared Service environment.
  • Degree in Accounting or Professional Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
