YOUR TASKS

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business strategy planning and make recommendations for improving revenue, expenses, and EBIT.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, evaluate financial results, and provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
• Act as a business partner to build strong and collaborative relationships with responsible business functions and provide support and recommendations.
• Facilitate responsible functions in the preparation of the annual operating plan and reforecast submission, and monitor actual performance against plan.
• Coordinate with responsible functions to prepare investment proposals, evaluate and control costs & benefits, and ROI.
• Monitor costing systems to ensure data quality and accuracy for timely preparation of costing reports (Insight).
• Manage business case analysis independently for management review and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with required accounting & reporting guidelines and policies in the preparation and distribution of management reports.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of variances.
• Prepare for monthly EBIT reviews, ensuring accurate EBIT reporting within deadlines.
• Oversee CAPEX planning and management, review BCA for new investments, and conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with APSSC and the local Financial Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quality reports and data analysis for business decisions.
• Continuously seek to enhance management analysis and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Regional Office and other internal stakeholders, and promptly address queries.
• Support cost management initiatives and EBIT improvement programs.

YOUR PROFILE

• Good interpersonal, communication, and people development skills.
• Strong analytical skills, highly motivated, and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP).
• Experienced accounting/finance executive, preferably with Shared Service team experience.
• Degree in Accounting or professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
