Keep accurate records of all daily transactions and maintain the ledger.

Manage the Tally System (Corporate Accounting System) for purchases and sales.

Process invoices and payments.

Monitor operational costs.

Prepare the monthly budget.

Key responsibilities and deliverables:

  1. Update monthly reports (budget, stock take, processing charges, and staff claims)
  2. Update the monthly ledger from Tally
  3. Provide weekly updates on outstanding payments
  4. Manage petty cash transactions
  5. Liaise with customers and HQ on financial documentation
  6. Maintain records of the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
  7. Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
  8. Manage maintenance of company vehicles and machinery
  9. Oversee renewal of insurance, road tax, and inspections for company vehicles
