Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a data-driven professional in Kuala Lumpur to support campaigns and financial data management. You will prepare, reconcile, and analyze monthly business data, and help ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fields, 1–3 years of experience, and strong Excel skills (PivotTables). Excellent analytical and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a full-time accredited university; Finance/Economics preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong Excel skills (PivotTables).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, reconcile, and submit monthly business data for payment and analysis.
• Coordinate campaign data and inventory-related data for vouchers/rewards and promotions.
• Support campaign promotion, monitor performance, and prepare summaries for insights.
• Regularly collect, organize, and analyze data including budgets, traffic, and content performance.

• Prepare, reconcile, and submit monthly business bills for payment, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Coordinate the distribution of vouchers/rewards for various promotional campaigns, including issuance, redemption, tracking, and inventory management, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Support the promotion and execution of campaigns, monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and prepare summaries to provide insights and references for future campaigns.
• Regularly collect, organize, and analyze various types of data, including annual budgets, traffic data, content performance data, and other relevant operational data.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time accredited university. Candidates with a background in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines are preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong ability to use Excel functions, PivotTables, and other tools for data processing and analysis.
• Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and diagnose issues based on data.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and rigorous, with strong logical thinking, comprehension, and communication skills.
