Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the AIMEA region. The role partners with regional leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis, delivering data-informed insights across multiple countries and products.

You will own end-to-end financial planning, monitor governance, and provide ROI assessments for strategic initiatives while collaborating with global finance teams and in-country controllers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CA/CPA optional.
• 5 years in a Finance/Business Partner or Controlling role.
• 3 years regional multi-country finance partner experience.
• Experience in SaaS, ARR and subscription metrics; advanced Power BI.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting and governance skills.
• ERP experience with OneStream and SAP S4/HANA/Navision.
• Cross-country collaboration and stakeholder management.

Job Title: Finance Business Partner: AIMEA (Asia, India, Middle East & Africa), Division Production Software

Summary

The Finance Business Partner for the Region will serve as a proactive, strategic advisor to the AIMEA Regional leadership team, driving data-informed decision-making across multiple countries. This role is responsible for controlling, budgeting, forecasting, P&L Analysis, Strategy execution Monitoring, Investment strategy and ROI analysis, ensuring that the region is executing effectively according to its Strategy, Budget and Forecast.

This individual will act as a true business partner, delivering deep insights across countries, products, managers, and Regional & Country P&L performance, while identifying opportunities for revenue growth, productivity improvements and profitability improvement.

This hybrid role is primarily remote, complemented by regular in-country stakeholder engagement and occasional office-based collaboration. With Asia accounting for the largest share of regional business activity, the Finance Business Partner should be located within the region to effectively support country leaders and ensure strong alignment with the Global Division Finance team in EMEA.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process across the countries in the region, working with in-country Finance controllers where available
• Implement and monitor effective financial governance in all countries in the region
• Ensure accuracy of reported Orders, revenues, costs, cash flow in OneStream
• Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple systems into actionable insights for region and country leaders through PowerBI reports or other automated dashboards
• Track and report on costs, KPl’s, and profitability drivers
• Support regional leadership with Strategy development, analysis and tracking
• Assess Direct Sales and Indirect Sales performance and recommend optimization strategies
• Assist with due diligence on identified M&A or Investment opportunities
• Identify process improvement opportunities in the countries to enhance financial efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, compliance, legal, sales, and global teams

Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field. A CA/ACCA/CPA qualification or equivalent will be an added advantage
• 5 Years experience in a business Controlling/Finance Business Partner role, preferably in a multinational environment
• 3 Years experience in a Regional (multiple countries) Finance partner role, preferably in a multinational environment
• Proven experience within a Software and Saas industry with a strong understanding of SaaS business models, including recurring revenue, ARR, and subscription metrics, Advanced Power Bl expertise and data visualization capabilities
• Extensive experience in financial planning, forecasting, and controlling
• Experience using OneStream, ERP Systems (SAP S4 Hanna/Navision)
• Exposure to global markets and cross-regional financial operations
• Strong systems knowledge and experience integrating data across different platforms including SFDC, ERP Systems, PBi
• Proven experience in ROI analysis and strategic financial modeling
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to travel to any of the countries in the AIMEA and Europe region for moderate periods of time for meetings/training
• Proficient and fluent in English. Proficient in an Asian language(s) will be an added advantage
