A leading organization is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Business Partner to support corporate functions in driving financial efficiency, strategic cost management, and process improvements. Description

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for functional departments, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data to ensure consistent and insightful reporting.
• Act as a strategic finance partner by delivering monthly performance analysis and engaging regularly with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR on headcount cost planning and ensure accurate tracking in financial systems (e.g., BPC, Planisware).
• Support business initiatives with data-driven financial advice and scenario modeling.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) and internal governance policies.
• Promote financial awareness and commercial thinking across business functions.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Professionally qualified accountant (or actively pursuing accreditation) with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
• Proven track record in leading finance functions within multinational corporations, with strong expertise in commercial finance.
• Proficient in financial systems such as SAP and BPC; experience with Power BI is an added advantage.
