The candidate will coordinate with auditors and authorities, process payments and assist in ad hoc tasks while maintaining orderly financial records and compliance across the company.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce internal control policies to improve financial and accounting systems; support SST compliance and process enhancements.
• Support cash management, budgeting, and reporting; handle day-to-day transactions and weekly cash flow to maintain strong cash flow and credit control.
• Process supplier payments and staff expense claims per policies.
• Submit financial reports to management with analysis, cash flow projections and budget control.
• Assist budgeting/forecasting and monitor performance vs budget; help implement cost-reduction actions; resolve account and admin issues.
• Assist audit preparations and coordinate internal/external audits; help implement audit recommendations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, company secretaries and authorities.
• Update daily sales reports and new car sales orders; monitor registrations and ensure full payment before release.
• Support Finance Director with ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and workplace upkeep.
