  • Support direct debit processes, including setup, execution, and monitoring to maintain robust control over incoming payments.
  • Prepare urgent payments, refunds, and confidential transactions via online banking or cheque.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist in cash and treasury management tasks in coordination with the Tax and Treasury team.
  • Monitor bank accounts and initiate transfers as required.
  • Maintain vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation within agreed turnaround times.
  • Contribute to process reviews and system improvements, particularly around automation of cash allocation and banking operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and support the broader finance team with other tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Meet agreed KPIs for individual and team performance.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar finance discipline, particularly within accounts receivable, treasury, or banking operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills across multiple channels (calls, Teams, email).
