Qualifications

Job description

· Responsible to compile, prepare and review Group Consolidations report.

· Responsible to prepare and analyze joint ventures and subsidiaries monthly reporting package, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and product costing analysis.

· Responsible to compile and review monthly, quarterly or yearly statutory submission such as Annual Reports, Tax filing, Annual Return Filing to LHDN

· Responsible to compile, analyze and perform a reasonableness test of product cost on each product within stipulated period.

· Responsible to liaise with external auditors, statutory bodies, company secretaries and bankers.

· Responsible to oversee all Finance/Account functions.

· Identify and resolve accounting system issues and identify process improvements.

· Ad-hoc finance projects as assigned.

Requirements

· Degree in Accounting or professional Accounting qualifications such as ACCA,CIMA or its equivalent with minimum 5 years’ financial accounting exposure in Manufacturing industry in managerial level.

· Well versed knowledge in FRS, Corporate Tax and GST compliance requirements.

· Preferably with Group Consolidations hands-on experience and in-depth of pertinent understanding and knowledge in Product Costing processes.

· Able to meet stringent reporting deadlines and handle corporate reporting responsibilities.

· An independent person with high degree of maturity, integrity & initiative.

· Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting software, knowledge in SQL will be added advantage.

· Highly independent person with a sense of urgency, responsibility and result oriented.

· A team player who is dynamic with mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure.

· Required language(s): English and Mandarin will be added advantages.
