Job description

Finance Assistant (Fresh Graduate / Manufacturing / Senai)

Check and verify purchase invoices before processing payments, ensuring procedures and timelines are followed.

Prepare and process vendor payments according to company policies.

Reconcile accounts payable with vendor statements (SOA) every month.

Maintain proper filing of all payment-related documents.

Review transactions to identify refunds, overdue accounts, or incorrect payments.

Keep records of financial documents with all necessary supporting materials.

Issue invoices to customers, send them out, and follow up on payment status.

Make sure goods transactions are accurately recorded in the system.

Assist with daily banking-related tasks.

Prepare monthly reports, including operations and expense analysis.

Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Accounting or related field.

1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered).

Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with Mandarin-speaking principals.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems.

Willing to work in Senai.
