Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia is looking for a Financial Assistant to support their finance department. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reporting. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of working under pressure. Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage in this dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcomed; experience as a cashier is an advantage.

• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.

Job description

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.

Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.

File and organize financial documents including invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and bank statements.

Initiate payments related to offshore banking, taxation, and social security matters.

Reconcile transactions with customers, suppliers, and financial channels.

Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis of business data across various dimensions as per business needs.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.

Support the finance team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcomed, experience working as cashier is an added advantage

Meticulous and capable of managing work pressure

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills

Effective organization, follow-up and time-management skills

Able to multitask and work independently

Being able to speak Mandarin well is an added advantage
