OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting operations in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle routine accounting tasks and assist in month-end closing activities, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Manage the full payment cycle to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts payable.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of general ledger and financial month-end closing activities.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and provide general finance administrative assistance as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
