OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operations in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle routine accounting tasks and assist in month-end closing activities, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Manage the full payment cycle to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts payable.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of general ledger and financial month-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Support ad hoc tasks and provide general finance administrative assistance as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Effective time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
