Job Overview

As a Finance and Admin Executive, you’ll collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to support the day-to-day operations of Pickle Social Club and its sister brand, TRIBE. In this role you’ll assist with maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning – all within a fast-paced, growing environment.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts
  • receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, cash flow statements, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and payments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records; ensure accurate and timely data entry in accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks)
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all financial reports are submitted on time.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants on financial matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory filings, SST/GST submissions, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance financial and administrative efficiency across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations and workflows.

Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain organized records of company documents, contracts, and employee files.
  • Manage procurement and vendor relationships, including sourcing office supplies and coordinating with service providers.
  • Assist with HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, record-keeping, and onboarding support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or 1-3 years of demonstrable finance experience combined with strong learning aptitude and attitude.
  • Proficient with accounting and office software, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a sense of urgency, accountability, and results-orientation.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
