About the role

This is a full-time Finance and Admin Assistance role based in Puchong, Selangor. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing essential finance and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the finance function at Cmeis Solutions Sdn Bhd.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and general office duties
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve queries
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required
  • Support the Finance Manager with other ad-hoc tasks and projects

What we're looking for

  • Fresh Graduate / with 1 year experience in a finance or administrative role, ideally within an Accounting/Accounts Clerk or Finance Assistant position
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with financial software or accounting systems is preferred
