As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for a capable and hands-on Finance & Accounting Executive who is ready to grow with us and take on increasingly complex financial tasks over time.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting finance operations, including payment processing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

The candidate must be fully capable of handling the complete set of accounts for active companies.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Admin

  • Prepare payments and manage bank portal transactions
  • Coordinate with outlet managers to calculate and process monthly locum fees
  • Ensure timely documentation and filing of financial and payment-related records

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain full set of accounts including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements
  • Handle bookkeeping and statutory requirements

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Assist in the preparation of:

  • Group cash flow monitoring and forecasting
  • Budgeting and variance analysis
  • Management reports and internal financial dashboards
  • Support financial audits, tax filings, and other compliance activities
  • Assist in any other relevant tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) are a plus
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience for degree/professional certification holders, 3+ years of relevant experience for diploma holders
  • Solid understanding of full set of accounts and relevant reporting standards
  • Experienced in preparing or assisting with management reports and cash flow forecasting
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a multi-entity or group finance setup
  • Exposure to dormant company statutory requirements
  • Familiar with finance automation or data analytics tools
