Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance and Account Executive to manage our company’s accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
2. Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
3. Maintain proper records and ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems.
4. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including stock movement and variances.
5. Prepare and submit SST returns; assist with tax computations and liaise with LHDN and auditors.
6. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices and following up on payments.
7. Monitor cash flow, prepare bank reconciliations, and handle petty cash.
8. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related administrative duties.
