Qualifications

• Solid experience in finance reporting, analytics, and business partnering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reporting packages, including executive-level reporting.
• Perform month end close, variance analysis, accruals and reclassifications.
• Drive annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles with analytical support to leadership.
• Coordinate recurring close and reporting activities for accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with leadership on project timelines and action item follow-ups to closure.
• Identify and improve processes to enhance efficiency, controls, and data quality.
• Lead KPI tracking, analysis, and performance measurement to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, SOX and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mentoring to junior analysts and support team capability development.
