Qualifications

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Planning and Budgeting
    • Assist in annual budget preparation.
    • Assist in monthly forecast preparation.
    • Track weekly forecast variance to provide accurate and timely reports.
  2. Inventory Risk Tracking/Analysis
    • Prepare inventory reserves.
    • Highlight inventory risks and opportunities monthly.
    • Monitor inventory physical counts to ensure compliance with policies and risk control.
  3. Costing Accounting
    • Data preparation (Material master, Routine, Standard cost).
    • Monthly ending journal entry booking.
    • PPV program and analysis.
    • Material usage analysis.
    • Production scrap report preparation.
  4. FA Accounting
    • Familiar with Capital Assets policy and compliance, including local policies.
    • Prepare fixed asset management reports (acquisitions, disposals, transfers) and lead fixed assets physical counts.
    • Issue asset tags to responsible departments.
    • Prepare intercompany transfer data and ensure proper financial posting.
    • Track open PO, IO, and CIP reports monthly.
    • Review CER and manage budget control reports.
  5. Other Assignments
    • Coordinate and support annual audits by providing necessary information and justifications.
    • Support cross-company business activities, including cost comparison and gross margin optimization opportunities.
    • Support cross-functional project margin analysis and provide insights to the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, taxation, or related field.
  • Over 2 years of experience in FP&A or finance; managerial experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing costing and experience managing manufacturing variances.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
