Job description

- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Analyze financial performance, including revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operating expenses (OPEX); identify trends, variances, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Closely monitor actual financial results to ensure alignment with forecasts and budgets.
- Perform variance and fluctuation analysis comparing actual results against forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare and distribute key operational and financial metrics to relevant business stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with business owners to drive financial performance and achieve company goals.
- Prepare cost-saving projections and conduct return on investment (ROI) assessments for key projects.
- Support and develop initiatives to improve business processes, enhance cost efficiency, and maximize profitability and asset utilization.
- Maintain and update standard costing; perform periodic revaluation and variance analysis.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and participate in customer quotation and costing activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, assess provisions/reserves, and communicate inventory risks an exposures.
- Participate in cycle counts and semi-annual physical inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and internal controls.
- Manage vendor setup and maintenance within the ERP system.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
