About the role:
Property Management Accounting team in BSO will work closely with other Property Management Accounting team members in Singapore and responsible for providing Account Receivable service for the allocated portfolio of properties and clients.
The role is client focused so the Financial Analyst is expected to build and maintain strong working relationships and networks with both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of tenant invoice/credit note
Perform tenant and miscellaneous receipting
Preparation of late fees
Preparation of AR bank reconciliation reports
Perform month end aging review
Complete month-end closing in a timely and efficient manner
Process all requests received from SG team in accordance to Service Level Agreement.
Timely response by providing solutions to internal customer queries.
Assist to compile data for monthly KPI presentation to client
Assist with audit procedures.
Ensures that systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies, acceptable accounting practices, and applicable regulations.
Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbane-Oxley (SOX) requirements, SSC processes and procedures.
Experience and Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; a CPA/CA OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable position preferred.
Well verse in Microsoft Office Suite application
Knowledge on MS Excel to be able to create and analyze data for suggestion purposes to the business
Excellent time management skills when working under various deadlines
