Responsibilities for Finance Analyst (Inventory) include:

1. Support the month-end close process for R2R, ensuring timely GL close.
2. Review and analyze intercompany profit tracker submissions.
3. Manage inventory (stock provisions, NRV, transfer pricing, PPV, standard cost).
4. Prepare financial analyses for P&L and balance sheet related to cost and inventory.
5. Present P&L and balance sheet reports to market FBP/FD for inventory and cost (if required).
6. Review and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
7. Ensure compliance with Haleon controls, with all evidence properly documented and stored.
8. Handle ad-hoc requests from LOC and management.
9. Review intercompany reconciliations.
10. Propose process improvements for the R2R process.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a passionate Subject Matter Expert (Finance) with the following attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant fields.
• Strong background in inventory and cost accounting, including intercompany transactions.
• Management reporting expertise.
• Audit experience with excellent attention to detail.

Preferably, candidates should hold a CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
