GoKardz Technologies is looking for an FP&A Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on providing decision support and insights to senior leadership within the International Business Unit. You will be responsible for budgeting and performance analysis across financial activities.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance, knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and excellent analytical skills. A degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is required.
The FP&A Centre of Excellence (COE) exists to deliver quality insights and performance management that help the company deliver the Life Unlimited purpose to our stakeholders.
Within the COE, the International Business Unit Cluster FP&A Analyst role is responsible for providing high-quality decision support and insight to senior cluster leadership for a dedicated Business Unit within International Market.
The position is accountable for core FP&A and partnering activities, built on the foundations of delivering the annual budget, forecasts and appraisal cycles. You will directly support your equivalent Finance Business Partner across all FP&A and many commercial activities. This role combines the need for strong process with heavy commercial elements, and the successful candidate will be able to represent the finance business partner across most commercial topics.
Outside the direct team, the role must work closely across Controllers & GBS to ensure end‑to‑end finance delivery to the management. Success in this role will require leveraging technology, a bias to establishing robust and documented processes, and having the resilience to work through standard processes maintained within the team.
Reporting to the FP&A Director – International Business Unit, you will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A and budgeting processes. You will also have a dotted line to your finance business partner and must ensure seamless delivery in a matrix organisation. You will role model genuine collaboration, enterprise‑first thinking and a learning mindset – this is how you need and want to work every day. Flexibility will be required to balance and adjust priorities across shorter‑ and longer‑term delivery requirements.
Whilst not a people leadership role, we are seeking a highly experienced advisor who can deliver in systems and be an engaged and credible partner – strong English and excellent communication skills are critical. Your scope will span from involvement in the full detail and analysis of your personal Business Unit Cluster accountability to higher‑level stakeholder interactions and partnering.
Educated to Degree level with Business/Finance/Accounting.
CPA/ACCA (preferred but not required).
