This position reports to the group Chairman.

Job Responsibilities

The overall responsibility is to manage the group of companies' finances, providing guidance on investments and other financial matters.

Your core responsibilities include assessing the financial needs of the group of companies, developing tailored financial plans, and providing accurate and up-to-date advice to the Chairman.

Common Roles
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, savings, and investment strategies. Provide advice on various investment options. Evaluate the company’s risk tolerance and recommend strategies that align with the company’s goals and risk profile.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years in a senior managerial position
  • At least a professional qualification in Accountancy (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, MACPA)
  • Well-versed in the full business cycle and internal control processes
  • Experience in financial reporting for consolidation accounts
  • Fundamental knowledge of audited accounts for regulatory reporting
  • Strong conceptual and business analytical skills, due diligence, and evaluation skills
  • Highly developed communication skills at all levels
