Job summary

Slimlab Solution in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented junior accountant to join our finance team. You will record daily financial transactions, assist with payroll, and help maintain filing and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field, 1–3 years’ experience, and familiarity with SQL Accounting or AutoCount and Excel. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; bookkeeping and payroll experience is preferred.
• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. ( Prioritise for mandrin speaker )

Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, expenses, and bank transactions, and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents, receipts, invoices, and staff records.
• Handle general administrative duties and liaise with external accountants/auditors when required.
