Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform day-to-day accounting operations such as data entry into the accounting system.
  2. Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank statements, and other accounting functions.
  3. Maintain accounts and generate analytical reports.
  4. Prepare invoices, billing, payment postings, and receipts.
  5. Support the manager in preparing sales reports.
  6. Liaise with internal and external auditors, secretaries, bankers, and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks.
  8. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in accounting or finance with minimum work experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
  • Experience with SQL Accounting software is an advantage.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin to read financial reports from China clients.
