What will I be doing? Position Summary

As the Finance Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling suppliers’ monthly statements with the hotel’s accounts payable records.
  • Maintaining accurate and current financial records and documents.
  • Recording all financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
  • Processing invoices and payments accurately.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and handling financial correspondence.
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in financial operations.
  • Handling insurance claims: compiling, submitting, and following up.
  • Communicating with vendors, clients, and auditors as necessary.
  • Managing contracts and agreements.
  • Assisting in preparing internal and external reports.
  • Preparing and issuing gift certificates.
  • Sorting incoming mails and correspondence.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a university degree or higher.
  • Has 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or administration.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Familiar with Check SCM and SUN systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Experience with payroll processing or employee financial matters.
  • Familiar with local tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
