Job summary

A leading company in hospitality and property management is looking for an Accounting Assistant in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves handling full sets of accounts, payroll, and ensuring tax compliance. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting/finance.
• Familiar with subsidies/grants (HRDF, PERKESO, etc.) is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts & monthly reports.
• Manage payroll, claims, EPF, SOCSO, PCB.
• Prepare & send monthly income reports to homestay owners.
• Monitor expenses, payments & ensure tax compliance.
• Apply & manage government subsidies / grants (PWP, PERKESO, HRDF, Digital Grant).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents & bankers.
