Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, handling data entry for invoices and vouchers, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring AR/AP are up to date in IFCA or SQL Accounting.

With a diploma or degree in finance or accounting, you will support monthly, quarterly and annual reports, maintain orderly filing, and collaborate with other departments to keep financial operations accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Finance/Accountancy or related degree.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with IFCA or SQL systems is an advantage.
• Experience in Property Development or Construction is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for invoices, payment vouchers and receipts into IFCA system or SQL Accounting.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and general journal entries.
• Ensure accounts receivable and accounts payable are up to date.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.
• Ensure proper filing of documents and vouchers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
